DGP Architecture is an architecture firm located in Chicago, IL providing a full spectrum of architectural services, with an emphasis on commercial projects.  Founded by Stephen Duguid in 2013, we have experience in a wide variety of sectors, including retail construction, tenant build-outs, mixed-use, multi-family housing, historical restoration, and LEED Platinum and Net-Zero Energy building design.  DGP Architecture is a full-service firm, encompassing all aspects of a project, from feasibility studies, programming, and space and site planning to construction documents coordinating all required disciplines within a single BIM (Building Information Modeling) model. We are licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota, with the ability to add additional states as needed, typically within a few weeks notice.

When founding DGP Architecture, we decided that excellent client service and interaction will set us apart.  While many firms can provide adequate architectural services, often times they fall short when it comes to maintaining the complex client relationship throughout the project.  We guarantee quick responses to questions from the project team and solutions to help facilitate the construction process.  We want to be involved with every aspect of your project from conception to close-out.  This close collaboration can ultimately save a client thousands of dollars in unnecessary changes and lost time.
